Halloween Sleep-Over

The annual Halloween sleep over is fast approaching. Young students always enjoy this night of scary movies, and games; and parents get a date night for their own pleasure and enjoyment. Check with Mrs. Hogan for details.

2009 / 2010 Seminars with Mr. Planas

Hudson Kenpo's 2009 seminars with Mr. Planas were a resounding success, with students attending from New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and New York. It is always a privilege to have Mr. Planas in town.

Our May 2nd, seminar with Mr. Planas was an enjoyable and educational experience for all. The focus of the seminar was change ups; where participants combined several different techniques; including Glancing Spear, Thundering Hammers, Flashing Wings, Back Breaker, Leaping Crane, Broken Gift, Flashing Mace and Circling the Storm.

Our September 12th seminar with Mr. Planas focused on the application of basics within the techniques of American Kenpo. Specific techniques included Thrusting Salute, Checking the Storm, Circling Wing, Thundering Hammers, Flashing Wings, Flashing Mace, and others.

Hudson Kenpo has scheduled Mr. Planas' 2010 seminars for May and September of next year, as well. Look for more information as the time draws nearer.
